This image was taken on the shores of Lake Superior while out shooting sunrise with two fellow photographers from Thunder Bay. It was truly a Superior Morning.

Sometimes the most beautiful part of a sunrise is not the sky or the sun itself, but the details right in front of you. The best photos and the most peaceful and relaxing times come from those moments when you slow down and take in the world around you. The sun had already risen, the sky was clear, the wind was still and there was a light fog on the horizon.
